Why the heck am I in this costume....Doc?

We had a great Halloween at Doug and Marie's and they let us borrow their camera so this post gets some pics. Mason was Bugs Bunny for Halloween and he didn't like one second of it. He never cried once we put on his costume, but he did not crack one single smile the entire time. He just looked at us like we were ridiculous for dressing him in such a silly outfit. We gave him a carrot to munch on which the ward members at the Halloween party loved. He was just as cute as ever but there are no smiling pics. We are still doing great here and are in the process of deciding which camera to buy. So new pics will be coming as soon as we buy a camera.

He is getting so big! Happy Birthday MASON!!! Can you believe it has been 1 year?! I wish we lived close so he could play with Brinley. Stan likes that he has a birthday buddy! Hurry with the camera shopping so we can see more of you guys. It really seems like forever. The kids ask all the time if you guys have new pics up yet. They love reading your blog. They have to get their fix by playing the sneezing video over and over. Miss ya and love ya!

I love the costume! Don't worry, when they figure out they get candy if they dress up, there will be no problems with the costumes! Fisher actually wore his costume the next day, he never wanted to take it off - kids are silly! Can you believe it was a year ago we all had tiny babies? It goes by so fast! Is Mason walking?

So, I had my first appointment today to confirm that baby #2 is on its way. Sure enough, a quick little heartbeat was going strong. We can't wait, well, actually, I think we can. It will be much easier to wait for this one seeing that we have an 18 month old that keeps us very busy, but we are really excited for it to come around December 2nd ish. We are really excited for Mason to be a big brother because he is so sweet with babies these days and seems to actually enjoy them. I am 12 weeks and feeling pretty rotten. I guess that just helps me know that things are going okay with baby. Poor Mason has been watching alot of TV in the mornings and has not had as much play time with mom. It makes me sad, but you do what you gotta do to get by. Deep down i kind of want another boy, so I am pretty confident that it is a girl. Yes, it's true, we are having another boy. I always imagined having two little boys running around and we are so excited for Mason to have a little bro. There are so many fun things to look forward to with having little boys so close. Can't wait for all of the baseball games, basketball games, guitar and drum lessons.....or ballet lessons if they so choose. Whatever the case, we can't wait to have two little boys.

I am just wondering if anyone has suggestions for best gifts for a 2 year old boy. We don't buy toys very often so I always want them to be really good. What are the best toys out there. I am thinking a play kitchen? Play food? I just want to know if there is anything that Mason should not be going without. K- please help.
