10 years ago: I was hanging out with Becky Tingey, Michelle Hadley, Tiffany Finn, and Heidi Harding (those were their names then) and we were talking about how we should call some boys and then I’m sure we fell asleep watching a really girly chick flick. 5 things on my list: 1) Give Mason a bath and sing him songs the whole time so he doesn’t get grouchy. 2) Make Dan a delicious dinner to make up for the last 5 days of eating sandwiches and spaghetti for dinner. 3) Convince Dan that his job isn’t that bad (even though it really is). 4) Work for 15 hours to make up for the rest of the week. 5) Read Mason and Dan a book and cuddle with them before bed I enjoy: 1) Dressing up in nice clothes and going to dinner 2) Making Mason smile and laugh 3) Making Dan smile and laugh 4) Getting my house really good and clean 5) Napping (that might actually be #1, sorry family) 3 bad habits: 1) Getting frustrated easily and sighing really loud 2) Saying that I look fat or gross sometimes when I am hav...

Yay!! Thanks to Kristin I now have a cute Blog. Everyone kept telling me it was easy and I wondered what they were talking about, but she showed me a really easy site. Anyway, it is time for another post. Our hectic life is slowly winding down. I am starting my last week of work at Head Start!!! Hallelujah!! There are amazing women who can work and have babies, and we learned that I am not one of them. Call us faithless, but lately Dan and I have just been praying to survive each day instead of actually asking to have a good day; and what do you know, we have survived and even enjoyed most of it along the way. Mason definitely helps us enjoy every single day. He says "dada" now, although he has no idea who that is, it still makes us proud that he is jabbering. His two front bottom teeth are through and, wow, he is even cuter now and he is a drool machine. Well, we are home from our week of traveling the Caldwell Family Tour. We started out at Doug and Marie's in Bountiful, then to Natalie's in Portland, then to Mom, Dad and Mandy and Alison and Bill in Poky and off to Idaho Falls to see Kim and Blaine and boys and Jeff and Suzie and girls. Whew, it was quite a week. We loved seeing everyone and just realized even more how much we love our families. We had so much fun and got to show Mason off to everyone. He did so well with all of the traveling. He never stopped smiling the whole time. Dan had his interview at Melaleuca and, well, we weren't that impressed. It ended up being a little different than we thought it was and we felt like he was a little misled, but we are grateful for the interviewing experience he got. He interviewed with about 7 people and it took all day. So, I really am going to get into blogging. I'm sorry that I have been so bad, but very soon I will be done with work and will have a minute to do it. We are actually in Portland right now. My sister bought me a ticket for my birthday, so we bought Dan one and came up here. It has been really fun just hanging out with Natalie. Mason has been so awesome, he is just getting so mellow now that he is a little older. So, my birthday was awesome. Dan took me out to a really nice dinner and his brother and sister'in'law watched Mason. We had not been out together without Mason since he was born in November, so that was really good. We both ventured out and got seafood and it was so good. Dan made us get all dressed up because that is my favorite thing to do. So, he wore a suit and I wore a nice dress and it was so so fun. Anyway, I really like my hubby. Dan is graduating in a few short months and we can not wait. He has an interview for a job in Idaho Falls on Monday...
